Hello to all my faithful followers, thank-you for your lovely comments, I really take them to heart.
First i want to show you what Pamela over at: https://kittyandmedesigns.blogspot.com she has a new design which is beautiful, a Quaker Mandala, on her previous post she has a free Patriotic design, please stop over and have a look.
I have decided to join Teresa Koguts Stitch along which is Patriotic designs, it6 started in April and will end in December, i am way behind with stitching, this evening I will finish the April design and start the May design which is not as much stitching as the first design.
This is how far I am, I have used Weeks Dye Works Dolphin 32 count it is a bit darker then the called for fabric, i also change the color thread for the faces, it was a little too orange for me.
This is a sweet design from Happiness Is Cross Stitching, Lynn has some very pretty free designs and some are only available temporarily, her site is lovely, please visit her
I hope to start this one soon
I have found a site with free monthly designs, I do buy the finishing kits which also has some sweet additions, it is from Kiralyns designs, https://www.kiralynsneedlearts.com to get the free designs you need to sign-up for her newsletter, believe me it is worth the effort
I forgot to add the beads and bee to the above photo,
KiraLyn has a gift for putting all the right things together in a kit
This is another free design from Kiralyn
I also bought the finishing kit for this one
The backing fabric is lovely
I did manage to construct this design, not my best work, the pin cushion is so small it was hard to stitch
Do your use scissor pockets I do, I like them they add a bit of whimsy to my stitching area
I think this is enough for now I do have more to show but do not want to make this a long post,
I hope and pray that wherever you live you are having wonderful weather and stitching and crafting to your heart's desire.
\Thank-you for visiting even if you do not comment

Good to see you back and your work. I am busily stitching patriotic stuff. I am enjoying it all so much.
Thank you for all the information on the different designs and designers. You will be ready for the 4th of July.
Your red scissor pocket is cute. I hope your eyes stay healthy.
You are a busy bee, for sure!
Always enjoy seeing a new post from you, Catherine! The patriotic stitching you've chosen to do is so cute. I just love Teresa Kogut designs! I appreciate the link to Kiralyn's designs--she is a new-to-me designer. Love the patriotic pillow finish you've showcased in your header, too. Hope you enjoy these last few days of June--can't believe how quickly this year is flying by! ♥
You've been busy once again! Thank you for the links to the designers - fun to explore.
Have not seen the Kogut, really nice design! I can't do SALs. Thanks for all the links. And that heart! Gorgeous!
Catherine, you're so sweet! Thank you for mentioning my new Quaker Mandala. I've just released 4 new designs, that one included! Also, you have some very beautiful stitching going on! I love Kiralyn's designs. I stitched her Honey Bee pattern 2 summers ago. It's so pretty!!
God bless always.
It's great to be able to enjoy stisching by changing the color of the embroidery thread and using free designs.
