Merry Christmas To All Who Celebrate This Beautiful Season

Hello to all my faithful followers, it is so lovely knowing that we may be miles and oceans apart that we are friends.

Thank-you to all who have commented on my last couple of posts, so sorry I have not sent thank-yous by email, I have been trying to comment as much as possible but seem to not be by my PC to do so with all that is going on in our lives.

I did try to stitch from stash this year because I wanted to do an Advent event, I did do only one the Kitten Stitchers Most Wonderful Advent Box, I am so happy I did, it was expensive but I think it will be worth it.

The 1st of December is a design from Blackbird designs, Noel, it is so lovely I plan on starting it in the new year sometime. This is the box all the items came in, it is so pretty and useful, I will only open one on the respective day of its package number, I will not peek and hope that if you did the Advent Box you will not open and share what the other days are, I like as many others to be surprised.

This is the line-up for the 25 days, I am excited to see what else is in here

I love this design

I went thrifting yesterday, thought about not going but am so happy I did, I found an amazing box, many p[eople looks at it but put it back, for a whopping 19.99 at Savers, I found a Madeira three drawer box, it                  is almost full of threads I can use with my embroidery machine  and hand stitching

The box is in like new condition

I did make a Civel War pin cushion, it was easy but putting the crushed walnut shells was a task but I got                                                                                it done

I plan on making a few more in different wools, I love this design

I am not going to make this post long I will be back tomorrow with what the second Advent surprise is,                                               have and amazing week filled with stitching crafting

I would love to do one of the amazing Advent boxes, whether it be knitting or embroidery, but I agree they are expensive so I can't really justify it for myself. Now, if someone were to give me one...
You lucked out at the thriftie!
