Many Things Are Happening This Time Of Year, I Have Been Busy Stitching Gifts For Friends And Family

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate this Blessed Season and happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends and family.

I would ike to ask you to pray for the lives lost in Australia and other parts of the world, it is such a time of hatred, I miss the good old days when everyone got along, you did not have to lock doors at night, we lived in Minneapolis Minnesota, now I am afraid to even go there in the daylight.

I have been having many problems with blogger I am not able to comment on some blogs plus it has taken me days to try and write this post.

I have been very busy with preparing for the Blessed Season of Christmas, I have constructed a class project from many years ago, stitching for friends who have ordered items and gifts for family and friends.

This is a Betsy Morgan design called this Ones  For Betty

This is the small Etui, it was easy to construct, I love this set so pretty

This is the bottom of the large Etui, I was amazed at how easy it was to construct all the items minus the pin cushion, it was a bugger for me

,This is the pin cushion, I had so much trouble getting it to go together but I did the best I could, the pin cushion is on the bottom right, next to it is a wax bag, nest to the bag is the button bag with button inside, above the button bag is the min8 Etui and scissor fob, next to that is the needle book, I took this class in 2020 in Madison Wisconsin, it was a great time meeting Betsy Morgan, she is an amazing

Up next is sweet design Marilyn stitched for me, thank you from my heart Marilyn, (no blog)  it is so adorable it is center and living on my tree along with all hand made gifts and some of my own ornament’s

Next is the note book of Santa, I love not books I always have one in my purse and car, there are small candy canes which I will be using for the Hands on design I stitched from the Jingle Ball this year, there is also a small truck with tree that I used the lovely string and hung it on my tree with the other gift.

Next is the Hands On Design Santa, I had him stitched before the ball

This is what he will look like when I construct him, I did add the small snowballs on his hat the candy canes will be in his left hand

I am going to have to stop for now I need to get ready for book club Christmas party
I hope you all are well and ready for the Holiday Season

Your etui is beautiful! So many interesting designs throughout the piece. I often think of making one but haven't (yet!)

That one piece is so pretty. I can't imagine trying to put that together. Amazing.
I have wondered if Blogger will pass away soon. It seems that many other options are out there that have become popular. I have always liked blogger but it does not work as easily as it once did.
Have a great Christmas.

I think I am getting slower with everything .
Nothing is easy today.
Simple is the best , well for me .

I hope and pray that the world goes back to a safer a happy place ..

Oh, Catherine, your new creations are so, so gorgeous. They look complicated to me, but I'm glad you say they were easy to put together (except for that naughty pincushion :). Your Santa is very cute, too, and Marilyn's ornament is darling! Hope you are enjoying the countdown to Christmas! ♥
