Hello my dear friends: It is bitter cold here in Annandale, Minnesota, it will be a very cold -5 degrees today not much better tomorrow.
I have been reading and stitching, I have couple of finish's and wish I had shown them to you before Valentines Day, one is a free design from Hands On Design, Token of My Heart Cathy designed this for 2025.
Not my best finish
I stitched this one many years ago, way back in 2017, I have had this sitting in my finishing basket for years this is from https://e-subrosa.blogspot.com I have stitched a few of her designs in the past, please check her out also on Etsy
I am working on a design from Primrose Cottage, I did buy the finishing kit for this design
So sorry about the wrinkles I am holding the fabric in my hand, I do not have a frame small enough for mounting and stitching
This will be a roller pin finish like the Baked With Love Design
Baked With Love Last years design for a roller pin finish
I have more to show but do not want to have a long blog post, I do however want to show you how kind and loving Toki is https://watashigameganewokakerutoki.blogspot.com please visit her Blog
This is so lovely I am going to start stitching it this week
One last photo for the post, this is Lily and Mikey playing, she has been such a pleasure to have , she has made Mikey so happy, she loves to cuddle and plays so much with us and Mikey, she has loads of energy she keeps us busy, she was three years old when brought to the shelter, the owner had three dogs and needed to get rid of one, lucky for us we found her, so many people called the shelter after we put money down on her, we had to wait a week because she had been spayed
She is such a sweet heart
I will post another day this week, I do not want to make this a long post
For those of you in cold weather please stay warm and those of you in very warm weather stay cool
Catherine

You have been busy. I've been doing some spring cleaning. Washed the crystal in the old china hutch. Everything sparkles. I've also been reading, but not much stitching. LaRue
You stitch so many pretty designs and I guess maybe you've influenced me because I started on one today. It's going into the Christmas box when I get it finished.
Well the stitching is adorable, but being a dog lover I can’t help myself. Just so cute and I am sure Mike is loving her.
The Valentine’s stitches are so cute. I am goign to have to check the freebie for next year.
Pretty finished hearts, and nice kit from Toki! Those little outlines of women to stitch the clothing and hair are popular in Japan. They are very fun to stitch!
Nice stitching, the hearts are pretty.
Lily is too cute, glad you rescues her.
Very cold here also, -14 this morning!

Hi Catherine. It looks very cold, but I'm glad you enjoyed the stitching.
Heart is very cute.
Thank you for the adorable photos of Lily and Mikey.๐
The hearts are darling. You are giving me the ‘itch’ to dig through my Valentine’s patterns and stitch up something for next year. You have been busy and hopefully staying warm!
Your hearts are wonderful! I don't have the courage to finish mine that way so I'll applaud anyone who can! I'm so happy for you that Lily found a "fur"ever home with you! Mikey seems happy to have a companion too! The rest of your projects look like fun as well, enjoy stitching them!
