Troubles With Google And Many Other Things Going On

I do hope you all are doing your

best during this lockdown phase, frankly I am tired of it, I hope soon it will be over and back to normal.

I have not posted due to problems with google, somehow some of my follower tags were deleted, I now have to find them which will not be easy.

Anyhooo, we have been having many things done here at the old homestead, we had the rest of the windows put in which the house was torn apart by moving furniture, then some painting, then cleaning out cabinets plus the stove pooped out and trying to find one was not easy, however I love the new one it is a beautiful blue in the oven.

I have done some stitching, I finished my Betsy Morgan two weeks ago, I will try to get it constructed before Christmas if all goes well.

I also finished a Scattered Seeds Sampler Remember Me Pin Pillow, I do like Tammy's designs, I have a basket of Pin Pillows started, will show you someday.

I finished a gift to me from Donna over at https://cardsbydruth@blogspot.com I could not get the link to work, so sorry.

Not sure why I have two photos of Tammy's Page
I cannot remove it

I am going to start on Jesus Wept this evening, I love this design and hope to have it finished
by the end of the year.

Now for the fun news, we have an addition to our family, his name is Mikey, I named him after  my Brother who passed away in 2003, my Husband, a Friend from the Food Shelf and of course my new found nephew who was a born 50 years ago, I  have not seen him since he was about 5 years old, he contacted me by mail, I was so excited to meet him and his beautiful family, he looks and sounds like my brother, he was adopted by his step father, he is an amazing man who I look forward to spending time with.
Sadly there are only two of us left my brother Joe and myself, Mother and Father passed away a few years ago as did my younger brother Bob, I am so happy I never smoked, they passed away from lung cancer due to smoking.

Meet Mikey he is a small dog he is a Havenese  Chi, he is a bundle of joy even the Cat loves him, Krissy the dog loves him she is no longer sad looking.

He is a bundle of energy, it only took two days to potty train him, he likes to carry our slippers around.
Well that's it for today, I hope to show you a start sometime this week on my Jesus Wept design.
Have a safe and healthy week

Oh goodness, Mickey is adorable. You have been busy stitching! It seems like this is a forever and a day virus. Stay healthy my friend.

The candle mat turned out great! I’m afraid that it *never* would have been finished had I kept it in my stash. I haven’t blogged in over 6 months. I keep reading horror stories about Google and the new Blogger. Maybe after the holidays I’ll try to post something. I have several finishes to share!

So sorry you have been having so much trouble with Google. Mikey is adorable. He looks so incredibly cuddly! Your projects are looking wonderful. I look forward to seeing them in their finished state. It sounds like you have been very busy with home improvements also. Wow! Stay safe. This pandemic is stressful, but we all need patience to get through it.

Oh, my goodness, what an adorable puppy! You have a lot of lovely projects to keep you busy. As for Google I have found if I want to delete a picture, I click on it, and I use the backspace key (The one with the x on it). Hope this helps.💖

A puppy brings so much life and joy in a home. I know you will enjoy him so much. Your stitches are lovely. Scattered Seed Samplers always has the cutest things.
I was having a run of back luck with Google and still do occasionally. Quite aggravating. I had to do a comment moderation for the comments to come to my email. I just recently wanted to change some things around on the blog and it wouldn't let me for two weeks then it worked. Who knows?

Mikey is so cute. I lost Belle on Oct.2, and the house is so empty without her. Wow, have you been stitching. Yes, I'm tired of this virus also, although I have gone through slides, worked on family history. So I am getting some stuff done.

You typed your link with the "@" instead of the "." right before blogspot. Mikey is the cutest!! He looks like a furball full of energy! How cool for your long lost nephew to contact you. I am glad he did; one can never have to much family. Now it will be catch up time with him so enjoy!! As always your stitching is gorgeous. Have a wonderful week Catherine!

Aww... how cute is Mikey! I bet he will keep you hopping, Catherine! Your stitching is lovely--especially love the Remember Me design. I think it is becoming harder and harder to maintain our blogs--it's like Google doesn't want us to blog any more some days! I'm hanging in there, but getting closer to calling it quits :) Take care now and have a lovely weekend!

I still don't like the new Google changes, especially when I go into the dashboard and try to find an old post.

Mikey is adorable. It's nice that the other kids accepted him so quickly, and that he was so fast to house train. He must be really smart.

I have been working on some older cross stitch projects and have decided I need a better magnifier and light. Do you use anything when you work on high count aida cloth?

Hi Catherine, I can't believe I never found your blog before! It never left a link when you commented on my blog (not surprising as my blog can be a pain to deal with I know!) Your new puppy is DARLING! I love the Betsy Morgan piece you are working on. It will be a lovely finish. I look forward to reading through your blog now that I've found you!
